An established financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a 12 month fixed-term parental leave cover. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you will lead the delivery of key technology projects and change initiatives within the lending domain. This role is ideal for a hands-on Project Manager with strong financial services experience who can step in quickly and deliver results. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex projects across lending platforms and supporting systems, collaborating closely with technology, product, business and external partners. Key Responsibilities: Deliver technology and business change initiatives end-to-end within lending Manage project scope, schedules, risks, issues and dependencies Drive project governance, reporting and steering committee updates Collaborate with SMEs, product managers, engineers and external vendors Lead change management activities, including impact assessments, communications and training Facilitate workshops, stakeholder forums and executive updates Manage third-party vendors to ensure delivery quality and accountability You are a delivery-focused Project Manager with a strong background in financial services and lending, comfortable working in complex, fast-paced environments. You will bring: Proven experience delivering lending-related projects (mortgages, consumer lending, asset finance, loan origination or servicing platforms) Strong financial and commercial literacy Success delivering complex, cross-functional technology projects Solid change management capability, including organisational readiness and adoption Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Experience managing vendors and external delivery partners This role offers the chance to work on meaningful lending and technology change in a collaborative environment with direct access to senior stakeholders.
