PermanentResponsibilitiesLeadership of two experienced HV TechniciansManagement of specialist HV support contracts & cable jointing contractorsIs authorised to switch (33kV minimum) & is able to write switching schedulesStrong communication & leadership skillsThe HV Electrical Engineer Team Leader role will sit on the site electrical safety committeeSpecify and conduct risk assessmentsSuccessful HV Electrical Engineer will have an understanding of current legislation, including Electricity at Work regulationsManagement of Health & Safety regulations35 days holiday per year including Bank HolidaysCompany is able to support an HV Electrical Engineer looking to gain Chartered statusTop end of the salary range includes an annual payment for 175 annualised hours, this is paid in full at the beginning of each year and the hours then worked throughout the yearThe company is committed to the training and development of their team.
