What You'll Do
We are seeking a skilled and driven Chef Production Manager to lead the consistent preparation of high-quality, innovative cuisine across our production kitchen. In this role, you will oversee daily food production, ensure exceptional standards in quality, presentation, and flavour, and support smooth operations across all production workflows.
You'll manage kitchen efficiency, maintain strong supplier relationships, uphold food safety and HACCP standards, and ensure your team is trained, motivated, and working cohesively to deliver outstanding results. Monday to Friday role and have weekend off
What You'll Bring
* Proven culinary expertise with experience designing, preparing, and overseeing high-volume or production-style dishes
* Strong sourcing and supplier management skills, including cost-effective procurement without compromising quality
* Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to mentor, support, and develop a kitchen team while remaining composed under pressure
* Experience managing kitchen operations such as ordering, stock control, food costing, and maintaining hygiene and HACCP compliance
* Ability to collaborate closely with other departments, communicate menu changes effectively, and contribute to an excellent overall food experience
* A proactive, hands-on approach with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
