1. Collate data from multiple sources into spreadsheets and report templates, including works progress reports, welding test results, and asset registers.
2. Monitor electronic registers and seek updates from nominated team members.
3. Scan and register quality control documents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are seeking an Administration Assistant who has:
5. Prior experience as an Administration Assistant.
6. Competent operating Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, SAP, Sharepoint and Teams.
7. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
8. Keen attention to detail.
