A private educational institution seeks a Traffic Attendant to ensure the safety and smooth flow of traffic during busy school hours.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in traffic control and excellent interpersonal skills, with strong communication abilities to effectively manage morning peak periods from 6:45am to 8:45am. They will also need to remain flexible for afternoon shifts commencing at 2:30pm onwards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the movement of students, staff and visitors on campus
* Maintain safe pedestrian pathways and roads within designated areas
Candidates must hold a current Blue Card authorisation allowing them to work with children in Queensland. This is an essential requirement as you will be responsible for ensuring child safety protocols are upheld throughout your term-time employment.
