Human Resource Partner
We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Partner to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with HR and Operational Delivery teams across the APAC region.
The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience as a Human Resource Business Partner and have worked with a multinational/global company.
Main Responsibilities:
* Annual Review Support: Manage annual review processes, including salary reviews, performance and development processes.
* Business Partnership: Formulate partnerships across the business to deliver value-added services to management and employees.
* HR Function Efficiency: Work with the HR team to build and ensure efficiency and effectiveness in delivering business advice.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 8 years' experience as a Human Resource Business Partner.
* Experience working with multinational/global companies.
Other Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver on divisional people initiatives, aligning performance, capability and talent initiatives to the business strategy.
* Develop and implement communication protocols and tools to enhance regular scheduled management communication to employees and mechanisms for employee feedback.
* Provide managers with sound and timely advice on process, legal compliance and risk around solutions to people issues.
* Manage grievances and advise employees regarding grievance or other employee-related complaints.
* Counsel management and employees regarding employee relation issues, HR procedures, benefits and programs.
