A leading beverage manufacturer is entering a significant growth phase, investing in dedicated alcohol capability.
We are seeking a technically strong Alcohol Manufacturing Specialist to act as the key technical interface between customer, site and national teams during the rollout of a major alcohol program.
This is not a pure QA role and not a pure operations role — it sits at the intersection of technical governance, alcohol compliance, NPD readiness and customer alignment.
The Opportunity
You will play a central role in establishing and refining alcohol manufacturing capability, ensuring operational readiness, traceability and compliance.
Core areas of focus:
• Supporting commissioning of alcohol related infrastructure
• Managing alcohol traceability and excise compliance processes
• Acting as technical liaison between customer and site
• Supporting NPD, formulation changes and commercialisation readiness
• Ensuring audit preparedness and technical documentation accuracy
• Refining bulk alcohol reconciliation and reporting systems
• Working cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Quality and Commercial
About You
You bring hands-on exposure to alcohol manufacturing — brewing, distilling, wine, RTD or spirits production.
Your background may include:
• Beverage manufacturing within alcohol production environments
• Blending, batching or bulk alcohol handling
• Experience with alcohol excise and traceability requirements
• Customer-facing technical experience
• The ability to translate compliance requirements into operational action
You are autonomous, commercially aware and confident operating in a lean, agile environment.
