This Role Is Built for You If You've Worked In…
Call centres, telecommunications, banking, insurance, or any high-volume customer service environment. If you've handled 100+ phone calls a day, kept your cool under pressure, and genuinely enjoyed helping people resolve problems; you're exactly who we're after.
What You'll Do
This is a busy, phone-first role. On any given day you'll be:
* Taking 50–100 inbound and outbound calls, helping clients and care workers get set up, sorted, and confident using our platform
* Onboarding new users; walking them through creating profiles, posting jobs, and finding the right match for their needs
* Resolving issues quickly and clearly, whether by phone, email, or chat
* Following up proactively to make sure nothing falls through the cracks
* Working closely with internal teams to remove roadblocks and keep things moving
* Keeping accurate records and ensuring everything is compliant and up to date

* Have worked in a calls centre or similar high-volume customer service role
* Are ambitious, driven, and always looking to be the best in the room average doesn't cut it for you
* Stay calm, empathetic, and solutions-focused when the pressure is on and the calls keep coming
* Pick up new systems and technology quickly we'll train you on our platform, but tech confidence helps
* Are organised, detail-oriented, and don't let things slip
