Key Responsibilities:
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, quality control, and research and development, to address customer needs and provide technical insights.
- Testing and Analysis: Conduct tests, evaluations, benchmark products and analysis of paint products to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Training: Develop and deliver training programs for in-house, on-site and customer visits.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical inquiries, solutions provided, health and safety, and product performance data.

**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in technical services related to surface coatings. Industrial timber coating products is favourable.
- Knowledge of paint technology, surface preparation, and coating processes.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and customers.
- Occupational Health & Safety knowledge.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
