The Role
As a Customer Success Executive, you will be the human backbone of an automated ecosystem, ensuring guests and landlords enjoy a seamless rental journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests and landlords via chat, email, and phone.
- Guide new landlords and partners through the PMS platform.
- Troubleshoot operational and technical issues, escalating as needed.
- Track satisfaction metrics, gather feedback and identify trends to improve service.
- Collabórate with Operations, Product and Tech to refine processes.
- Identify upselling and retention opportunities.
What You Bring
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in customer success, hospitality or property management.
- Confidence using CRM systems, PMS tools and digital support platforms.
- Solid problem‑solving, time‑management and organizational skills.
- High emotional intelligence: empathy, patience and composure under pressure.
- Fluency in English (French or other languages are a strong plus).
