Key Responsibilities:Lead generation: Proactively conduct outbound calls (cold calling) to potential and existing customers to identify their document solution needs
Promote Kyocera's cutting-edge products and solutions with enthusiasm and expertise
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team to drive business growth
Maintain and update customer data in the CRM with accuracy and attention to detail
Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance customer engagement and ensure CRM data integrity
What We're Looking For:We are looking for someone who embodies our core philosophies of: 'possessing a fighting spirit', 'always being creative' and 'doing the right thing as a human being'
At least 12 months of experience in customer service or outbound calling environments.
Call centre experience is highly valued
Confident and professional phone manner that builds strong customer relationships
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet targets effectively
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Proactive team player with problem-solving skills
