Job Description
As a Senior Change Advisor, you will lead and support the planning, execution, and embedding of change management initiatives to drive cultural and operational transformation. You will partner with various teams to guide successful organisation change through strategic planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead change planning to assess complexity and design appropriate strategies
* Define change management and communications approach using user insights
* Capture user sentiment to assess readiness and develop transition plans
* Deliver change interventions to ensure effectiveness and sustainability
* Guide program teams through structured change processes
* Facilitate lessons learnt sessions and conduct pulse checks on key projects
* Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 5+ years experience managing cultural and organisational change
* Strong understanding of change methodologies (Lean, Agile, PROSCI etc.)
* Proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
* Effective leadership, time management, and analytical skills
* Strong communication and influencing capabilities
* Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* A mindset driven by curiosity, empathy, and proactive problem-solving
