* Court appearances across all major courts and tribunals, with ADR and mediation exposure.
The ideal candidate:
* 2–5 years' PQE in commercial litigation from a reputable firm.
* Strong exposure to the above matter types – a broad base is valued over deep specialisation at this level.
* Strong drafting, communication and analytical skills.
* A practical, commercial approach to resolving disputes.
* Confidence dealing with clients, counsel and other stakeholders.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
* A genuine interest in building a long‐term career in commercial litigation.
