About this Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Bookkeeper to support the financial management of NDIS participants.
Key Responsibilities
* Financial Management: Process invoices and claims in accordance with the NDIS Price Guide, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
* Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts and manage Accounts Payable/Receivable functions, maintaining financial integrity and compliance.
* Customer Liaison: Liaise with participants, their nominees, and support coordinators regarding funding availability and invoice status, providing excellent customer service.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all financial records are maintained in accordance with Australian Accounting Standards and NDIS legislation, adhering to regulatory guidelines.
* Caseload Management: Monitor and manage your caseload, ensuring claims are processed within agreed timeframes, meeting business objectives.
