Your new role
Reporting to the Directors, the HR Manager is responsible for guiding and managing the overall provision of Human Resources Services, Policies and Programs. You will design, drive and deliver on operational initiatives across the business. This is a generalist role as you will lead employee lifecycle activities, learning & development, complex employee relations and some industrial relations, workforce planning, talent acquisition, training and general policy development. Your role will also have strategic objectives as you work closely with the leadership team as a key member of the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be an experienced Human Resources professional that has at least 6 years' experience. You will be a strong and determined professional who gets buy-in from key stakeholders across the organisation. You must have excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to empower your team and develop their skills.
