About the Role
The position leads the implementation of enterprise-wide digital and cybersecurity initiatives to optimise data management, cybersecurity, and collaboration platforms, enabling WWF-Australia to deliver its strategic goals more effectively.
Key Accountabilities

* Develop and implement a transition plan from on-premises drives to cloud storage to improve data accessibility, security, and efficiency, including managing the clean-up of legacy systems.
* Capture and maintain a 12–24 month integrations roadmap across WWF-Australia's technology ecosystem by engaging platform owners and ensuring alignment with organisational priorities.
* Monitor and support the deployment of AI capabilities across the organisation to identify opportunities for automation, insight generation, and enhanced decision-making.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience

* Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
* Strong knowledge of cloud storage platforms, data governance tools (e.g. Microsoft Purview), and collaboration environments (e.g. Confluence, SharePoint).
* Proven ability to manage complex integrations across diverse technology ecosystems.
