About the Role
As the Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in growing our customer base, nurturing existing relationships, and supporting internal operations. You'll be the face of our services—providing quotes, negotiating deals, following up with clients, and offering exceptional after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities Engage with both prospective and existing customers to promote products and services Answer enquiries regarding pricing, delivery timelines, and product capabilities Prepare accurate quotes and ensure timely follow-up Convert approved quotes into sales orders, ensuring receipt of customer purchase orders Coordinate and prepare job documentation to meet client specifications Provide ongoing support and problem-solving after sales are complete Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and product innovations Deliver market intelligence to support competitive pricing strategies Represent the company with marketing collateral and promotional items Contribute to internal reporting and monthly management meetings Assist the Operations Manager and broader team as needed About You: Experience in B2B sales, preferably in steel or related industries Strong administrative and organisational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Valid WA Driver's Licence and ability to travel as needed Full Australian working rights #J-18808-Ljbffr
