Lead Mechanical Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Mechanical Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for you to utilize your expertise in mechanical and structural engineering to drive innovative solutions and optimize plant performance.
This role involves analyzing and assessing plant equipment and structural components, designing modifications to optimize existing systems, and assisting in the design and coordination of new installations. You will also support shutdown planning, including developing detailed work packs, schedules, and cost estimates.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering with an interest in or exposure to structural engineering principles. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project planning tools. Familiarity with CAD software is desirable.
