By way of context, Konnectable is not a training or entry-level placement provider. Our service is designed to support qualified Behaviour Support Practitioners (Core, Proficient, Specialist, and Advanced), who are ready to operate independently.
For this reason, applicants must already be registered as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. We're unable to assist until this requirement is met.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll deliver high-quality Behaviour Support services including, but not limited to:
* Functional behavioural assessments.
* Development and review of Behaviour Support Plans.
* Supporting the reduction of restrictive practices.
* Training families, carers, and support teams.
* Working collaboratively with a wider clinical and support network.
* Maintaining compliance with NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission requirements with our support and guidance.
What You Need
To hit the ground running, you'll need:
* Qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, OT, Behaviour Support, or a related field.
* Experience writing BSPs and conducting functional assessments.
* Understanding of NDIS Practice Standards & Restrictive Practice Rules.
* Supervisor Agreement
* NDIS Worker Screening.
* First Aid + Infection Control.
* NDIS Orientation + Induction Modules.
* ABN & insurances.
* Practitioner ID from NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
