**The Role**:

Reporting to and working closely with the National Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and driving growth through ongoing recruitment of, and improvement of sales performance
- Grow, lead and inspire a team of 15+ Sales Consultants (NSW and QLD)
- Develop an onboarding and accelerated learning program
- Drive improvements to existing sales tools, scripts and customer facing materials
- Provide strategic input and optimise conversion rates
- Maintain a detailed understanding of new and current projects
- Monitor & report on sales progress, lead conversion rates and customer feedback
**Specific requirements**:
- This is a strongly strategic role, requiring someone who will be hands-on, comfortable sitting in on client facing meetings and demonstrating closing skills
- Possess considerable Sales Management, Training and Leadership experience
- Must be coming from property, real estate, mortgage broking, insurance or financial services
- Strong analytical and business process skills, as well as CRM use
- Able to travel interstate (QLD) 2 - 3 times a month
