About the Role
Reporting directly to the Retail Leadership Team, you will be based at our Honeyworld business directly opposite Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. We are seeking a motivated individual who holds commitment to delivering an amazing guest experience whilst striving to achieve sales targets through excellent product knowledge. This is a full-time position working Monday – Friday.
You will be a self-driven, energetic & positive Team player with a ‘Can-do’ attitude. Responsible for guest service, maximising sales, cash & stock control, visual merchandising & assisting with other leadership duties as required.
About You
To be successful in this role, A minimum of 2 years’ experience at a Retail leadership level is required. You will be a self-starter & have a willingness to learn all aspects of this business & have a great understanding of ownerships within a Retail business. Other key skills and qualifications we are looking for include:
* You will have experience in leading by example & will ensure the delivery of efficient & friendly guest service
* A fun, energetic & highlight motivated attitude along with having excellent communication skills
* Highly adaptable & able to work well both, in a Team & independently
* Works at a fast pace but always remains calm under pressure & is a solutions orientated thinker with a positive ‘Can Do’ attitude
* Strong visual merchandising skills with clear attention to detail which reflects in outlet presentation
* A self-motivated Team player who can communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds & cultures
* Able to meet the physical requirements of the role which will involve walking, pushing, pulling & lifting
