Child Safety Responsibilities
The Australian International Academy of Education is committed to the safety and well-being of all children and young people. As part of this role, you will:
· Adhere strictly to the Academy's Child Safe policies and procedures.
· Demonstrate a commitment to creating safe, inclusive, and supportive environments for students.
· Maintain appropriate professional boundaries at all times when working with or around children.
· Ensure all images and content created respect child safety and privacy requirements and follow the Academy's privacy guidelines.
Expectations
· All staff at AIAE are expected to:
· Act in accordance with school policies, including Child Safe Standards.
· Promote a culture of respect and safety for all children.
· Work collaboratively to represent the Academy's values and mission through their work.
· Undertake regular Child Safe professional learning and development on campus and off campus.
· Attending annual 'Mandatory Reporting' - Child Safe professional development learning.
