Business Line Manager – Digital Solutions Division (DSD)

Reporting to the General Manager, the Business Line Manager – DSD will lead the strategic growth, market positioning and overall performance of the Digital Solutions business across Australia. This role is responsible for driving market share, strengthening customer partnerships and delivering innovative digital, automation and productivity solutions aligned with Epiroc’s vision to be the customer’s first choice and leading global productivity partner.
You will work closely with customers, Product Companies, Distribution Centres and global stakeholders to identify opportunities, influence strategy and deliver sustainable commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Driving the long‑term growth strategy of the Digital Solutions Division across Australia
* Developing and executing strategic business plans to increase market share and customer value
* Building trusted customer partnerships through a consultative and solution‑focused approach
* Understanding customer operational challenges and delivering innovative digital and automation solutions
* Leading business development activities from opportunity identification through to commercial closure
* Identifying market trends, growth opportunities and emerging technologies to strengthen Epiroc’s market position
* Leading contract negotiations and supporting successful commercial outcomes
* Developing quotations, proposals, forecasts and business reporting aligned to stakeholder requirements
* Collaborating closely with Product Companies, global DSD representatives and internal business units
* Championing a collaborative “One Face to the Customer” approach across the business
* Leading and developing high‑performing teams through coaching, mentorship and capability development
* Driving innovation, continuous improvement and organisational growth initiatives
Qualifications
* Strong understanding of mining operations, productivity solutions and customer challenges
* Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
* A strategic mindset with the ability to drive growth and lead change
* An entrepreneurial and customer‑centric approach
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering, Engineering, Technology, Business or related disciplines
