About the role Parnell's Plumbing Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and qualified Plumber to join our team in Mackay, Queensland. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing high-quality plumbing services to residential and commercial customers across the local area. What you'll be doing Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of plumbing issues including burst pipes, blocked drains, leaks and faulty appliances Installing new plumbing systems, fixtures and appliances to meet customer requirements Providing expert advice to customers on the best plumbing solutions for their needs Adhering to all relevant safety regulations and procedures Maintaining a clean, organised work area and company vehicle Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients What we're looking for Qualified plumber with a recognised trade certification Minimum 3 years' experience working as a Plumber, ideally in a residential and commercial setting Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve plumbing issues efficiently Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly Commitment to working safely and following all relevant regulations and procedures A clean driving record and ability to maintain a company vehicle What we offer At Parnell's Plumbing Pty Ltd, we pride ourselves on being a family-owned and operated business that values our employees.
