Build your team and support a client base in Maintenance transformations and operational improvement What will your typical day look like?
In this role, you will engage directly with high profile resource and energy sector clients on their most important and challenging business issues - addressing and solving their priority asset and operational related problems.
You will: Maintain strong relationships and collaborate with the business and senior executives to support the successful delivery of assigned project(s) objectives and deliverables.
Work with a National high performing team with a strong commitment to excellence in pursuit of helping our clients drive profitability and performance Lead and coordinate project workstream delivery with a focus on outcomes and impact, guiding and developing your team Travel regularly to client operations, gaining valuable consulting experience, and collaborating with onsite management and other senior inhouse consultants to unlock value for the client Provide Subject Matter Expertise in the field of Asset Management with a demonstrated strength in Maintenance Excellence to support the delivery of assigned improvement projects/programs Proactively pursue client opportunities and deliver proposed solutions to develop a pipeline of work Develop strong relationships with the existing client base whilst growing the Asset Management network nationally.

In response to strong client demand for our services and support growth, we have a need for a Senior Operational Manager level (Deloitte Director level) practitioner with extensive Asset Management and operational transformation experience in mining, energy, resources or public infrastructure.
You are someone known in the market with: Exposure and experience having worked in Asset Intensive industries at Operational Manager Leadership level, with a strong focus on Maintenance and Asset Management practices Demonstrated ability to lead and embed maintenance transformation programs.
Strong Asset Management fundamentals as core strength Experience building, leading and mentoring teams with a passion to develop others as well as self Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build strong relationships with a range of clients Strong and adaptable facilitation and communications skills Experience conducting analysis (desktop research, data analysis, reviewing documents etc.) and synthesising into digestible outputs (e.g. reports) Experience in the use of structured problem-solving approaches / frameworks Curiosity to learn and proactivity to bring forward ideas Why Deloitte?
