Responsibilities
- Lead with Excellence: Coach and motivate your team to achieve everyday excellence.
- Elevate Customer Service: Personalise every customer interaction and ensure exceptional service.
- Drive Performance: Focus on profitability while managing costs, expenses and waste.
- Balance Priorities: Navigate a fast‑paced, compliance‑driven environment with skill and efficiency.
- Leverage Your Experience: Bring your management experience and full availability to excel in this role.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service management experience.
- Computer literacy and understanding of P&L;’s.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work across a 7‑day roster, including nights and weekends.
- Commitment to workplace safety and hygiene.
