Experience managing a fast-paced high volume visitor attraction or venue.
A passionate leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to create and implement processes, procedures, and drive a winning team culture
Experience in managing a multi generational, diverse, and largely casual workforce

The focus for your role will be work hand in hand with our general manager to drive all daily operations, financial performance, and development strategy. Essentially, anything and everything that makes sure our attractions, ticketing, retail, photos, and arcades are in top condition to provide the best experience for guests!
