- Generate leads & close deals: Prospect clients across Australia (industries like aviation, healthcare, retail, logistics), using email, LinkedIn, and strategic outreach.
- Build relationships: Partner with business leaders to solve workforce challenges using our roster management expertise.
- Shape strategy: Collaborate with our leadership to refine sales approaches and target high-potential sectors.

Your Ideal Candidate
- Hold a degree or equivalent qualification (business, HR, or related fields preferred).
- Have B2B sales/business development experience.
- Are a self-driven achiever who thrives in flexible, remote settings (startup/small-team experience valued).
- Excel at communication, negotiation, and building trust with clients.
- Are tech-savvy (familiar with CRMs, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
