Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional sales and parts interpretation support to retail customers and workshop employees Prepare and order parts efficiently Maintain high merchandising standards Perform inventory control and stock takes Requirements: Experience in Parts Interpretation within a trade, retail, or similar environment is highly regarded but not essential A positive attitude, maturity, and a strong work ethic Excellent customer service skills and professional presentation Intermediate MS Office skills and the ability to learn parts interpretation software Weekend Roster: We continue to support our customers on weekends, and you will be included on a weekend on-call roster
