Job Title
We are seeking a skilled Programme Manager to lead the integration and separation programme. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Oracle Technologies and be able to plan, define governance models, collaborate with IT Leadership, and hire a team of programme managers, project managers, and analysts.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan the Integration/Separation Program.
* Define the Governance model for the Order-to-Cash Integration Program.
* Collaborate with IT Leadership to define the scope of the Integration Program.
* Define communications processes and frequency for the Program by country/workstream as needed.
* Create and execute a high-level integrated detailed work plan identifying activities to complete the remainder of the global Integration program.
Requirements
* Strong knowledge of project and programme management methodologies.
* Experience with integrated schedules and a large number of simultaneous activities.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
