Clinical Manager – Allied Health Team (National)

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Manager to lead our exceptional team of fly-in-fly-out Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Physiotherapists.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of fly-in-fly-out clinicians across multiple states and territories.
Manage the clinical team in line with the annual business plan and contribute to reviews of the business's performance against the Strategic Plan
Oversee allocation of resources and assessments to ensure service efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure all clinical work complies with NDIS and regulatory standards through regular audits and monitoring.
Coordinate supervision structures across the organisation and ensure clinicians are connected with appropriate supports.
Participate in weekly leadership meetings to identify barriers to service and develop strategies for improvement.
Chair and manage the Clinical Governance Committee alongside lead therapists to maintain high standards of care.
Support career development by working with clinicians to create tailored professional development plans.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, general management of new team members.
Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to explore clinical opportunities and provide clinical insights.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in clinical service delivery across Lift Health Group.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Registration as an Allied Health Practitioner (e.g., AHPRA or SPA) with a minimum of 10 year's experience.
Strong understanding of the NDIS and other relevant funding bodies.
Demonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary allied health teams.
Commercially mined with knowledge of business operations within healthcare and the ability to align clinical services with strategic objectives.
Proven ability to manage teams with a focus on compliance, staff wellbeing, and clinical excellence.
