Primary Objective:
As a senior member of the school management team, the Senior Teacher is required to provide educational leadership through Professional Development and coaching of all staff in whole school approaches including UFLI foundation, Meaningful Maths and Formative Assessment. The senior teacher will coach staff and oversee the implementation of whole school approaches to English and Mathematics and embed Formative Assessment in classrooms.
