The Opportunity:
We are seeking several Survey Assistants to join our Chinchilla-based project team. This is a practical, hands-on field role where you will work alongside experienced Surveyors assisting with daily survey activities, equipment setup and general site operations, while gaining exposure to modern technology and real project environments.
This opportunity suits someone who enjoys outdoor work, values being part of a reliable team and is keen to build practical skills on the job. Whether you already have field experience or are looking to begin a career in surveying, you will be supported to develop your capability and grow within a long-term project environment.

About You:
You are reliable, safety-focused and eager to learn. You enjoy practical, outdoor work and take pride in supporting your team to achieve accurate and efficient outcomes. You bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to develop your skills in a structured project environment.
Previous experience in field-based roles is beneficial but not essential. Applicants must be prepared to enrol in, or currently undertaking, a relevant surveying qualification.
You will also:
Be comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
Have a strong focus on safety and following procedures
Work well within a team and take direction from experienced surveyors
Hold a current driver's licence and be confident driving a 4x4 light vehicle
