Optus is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead our digital acquisition strategy for the Mid‑Market segment (businesses with 20–500 employees). This is a pivotal role in building the growth engine for one of our most important markets. What You’ll Do | Your day to day will consist of Own and execute the digital acquisition strategy across paid channels (search, social, display, programmatic). Develop annual and quarterly acquisition plans, including budget allocation and revenue impact forecasting. Drive high‑quality lead generation, pipeline contribution and measurable ROI through data‑driven campaigns. Apply test‑and‑learn approaches to optimise performance and uncover new growth opportunities. Collaborate with media teams, creative agencies and sales to deliver compelling campaigns aligned to product and go‑to‑market priorities. Manage acquisition budgets efficiently to maximise return on investment. What You Bring | What makes you perfect for the role? Minimum 7 years’ experience in marketing, ideally B2B marketing, with strong expertise in digital acquisition and paid media. Proven ability to link marketing investment to pipeline and revenue outcomes. Strong analytical skills and experience optimising campaigns for performance. Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams. Commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with a passion for innovation and problem‑solving.
