**ABOUT THE COMPANY**

Working with the loyalty division for a well-known digital tech and eCommerce business.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
As a Financial Analyst, you will facilitate existing partner growth and engagement of new partners and critically support the transition of billing operations to Finance Shared Services. This role is a 12-month contract with the potential view into a permanent role.
**DUTIES**
- Effectively manage a comprehensive list of partners and include all pertinent information.
- Work with business owners to develop an in-depth understanding of the operational and technical requirements of their business strategies.
- Monitor the operational performance of systems and business processes.
- Act as a conduit between the Commercial Partners and Finance to evolve partner maintenance processes.
- Ensure continued visibility and transition of commercial operations and ad hoc functions to the appropriate teams.
- Act as a trusted SME for the Commercial team to seek advice on guidance on partner onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Work with business owners to document and implement the business requirements for program rules and service delivery to maintain the Loyalty Commercial Partner Programs.
- Champion the transition of billing operations to Finance Shared Services and actively share knowledge of the best practices.
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Experience working in a loyalty programme from a financial perspective.
- Understanding of billing operations and integrated systems such as EQ and iFLY.
- Effective, clear and timely communications skills.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Strong reconciliation experience.
