Job Summary

This role involves providing advice and support in the development and implementation of area-specific planning and related service delivery processes, methods, and techniques, enabling sound human resources expertise.

Job Description

Commercial awareness and strategic partnering: Accountable for executing and implementing the BU people strategies that support the delivery of the BU area plans. Sets clear direction and plans for 6–12 months, adjusting resources as needed. Understands the global marketplace, competitive position, and commercial drivers for a large-scale business. Uses analytics, data, and trends to diagnose management issues and recommend solutions. Networks internally and externally to gather insights. Understands the organizational vision and contributes to its achievement.

Trusted Advisor: Provides advice on people matters, acts as a sounding board and coach, and influences management. Coaches and mentors business leaders, providing challenge when necessary.

Execute HR Delivery: Provides service and advice on key HR processes, including operationalizing business strategies into people strategies, supporting HR projects, identifying capability gaps, managing resourcing and talent reviews, delivering leadership and learning programs, and managing remuneration and performance strategies. Ensures employee engagement and effective HR operations, meeting customer needs within constraints, and delivering targets. Utilizes processes and applications efficiently and collaborates with specialist teams. Supports project implementation and manages complex cases, empowering line managers in people management responsibilities.

Education

Bachelor's Degrees and Advanced Diplomas in Human and Social Studies (Required)
