A pharmacy leader plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of a healthcare facility's pharmacy department.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
* Possession of current registration with relevant professional body
* Leadership experience within a hospital or community-based setting
* Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and time management skills
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to leading staff training sessions. Supplying prescription medication as prescribed by doctors, engaging with local communities through various outreach programs that foster healthy relationships between patients and caregivers.
The pharmacist should have strong collaboration capabilities so they can communicate their goals clearly both internally among colleagues but also externally towards clients who seek our help services!
