**Interactive ANZ - Business Operations Lead**
**The ANZ Business Operations Business Operations Lead will lead the day-to-day business operations management and strategic operational initiatives across the ANZ Interactive business, enabling Interactive Leadership to spend time focused on market facing activities.**
**The role will be responsible ensuring that ANZ Interactive meets its committed financial objectives, drive operational & organizational change initiatives and support key stakeholders (including ANZ Interactive Market Unit Leadership, ANZ Market Unit Operations Leadership, Growth Markets Interactive Leadership) in enabling and accelerating our growth strategy.**
**Key Responsibilities** may include, but are not limited to:
- **Drive and execute (in partnership with Interactive Market Unit Leadership and ANZ Market Unit stakeholders) the ANZ Interactive growth strategies to meet current financial and operational plans and to position ANZ Interactive for future growth.**:
- **Drive proactive Profitability expansion initiatives and improvement interventions in partnership with the Sales & Pricing and Delivery / Quality functions, across all dimensions of the ANZ Interactive business.**:
- **Drive process and operational improvement actions across the business. Activate and operationalize strategic initiatives and targeted outcomes aligned with Interactive and ANZ Market Unit priorities.**:
- **Manage all aspects of ANZ Interactive Investment Planning and governance**:
- **Harmonize and orchestrate collaborative Go to Market operating model to help drive deal origination expansion and sales across our capabilities and offerings.**:
- **Assist Interactive Market Unit Leadership with V&A activities, including V&A Origination and Integration actions.**:
- **Ownership of monthly State of Business reporting and execution of improvement initiatives, acting as the interlock between Interactive leadership, HR, Finance, and other Corporate Functions.**:
- **Work with the Interactive Growth Markets Director of Operations in support of Growth Markets wide operational initiatives**:
- **Manage and resolve day-to-day Operational escalations and issues**:
- **Drive adoption and continuous improvement of standardized tools, reporting, metrics across the Interactive Practice.**:
- **Conduct Ad-hoc deep dives, reporting or program management of special projects as required**:
- **POC for ANZ Interactive Information Security escalations**
Skills / Experience
- Experience in leading business operations in a service group or client group or large client account portfolio preferred
- Track record in designing / implementing / managing operational change programs
- Strong Analytical & Financials Skills / Experiance
- Track record of building relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects / initiatives
- Demonstrated confidence and assertiveness in working with Senior Leadership
- Ability to function as a Team Player and maintain a good working relationship, yet think and act independently with professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
