DIGITAL OPERATIONS & MARKETING COORDINATOR
We’re a premium timber flooring brand based on the Mornington Peninsula, VIC (Australia) - we sand and restore floors across Melbourne, and we sell high-quality flooring consumables to DIYers and trade professionals across Australia, New Zealand and the USA via our online shop.
In the last two years, over 100 million people have watched our content.
The business is growing fast, and we need someone to help us keep up!
The Role:
* You’ll be working directly with our co-director and content creator in our Hastings warehouse. Your job is to run the operational and digital side of the shop.
* Day to day you’ll be managing our Shopify store, running email campaigns, automations, engaging with our community, and compiling analytics reports. You’ll be the reason the shop runs smoothly.
* Onboarding new brands & products.
* This role will also include general warehouse support. This is crucial to understanding how the business works.
What we’re looking for:
* Comfortable with Shopify or similar ecommerce platform.
* Experience with email marketing tools.
* Organised and reliable.
* Genuinely interested in content, social media and the home improvement / timber flooring space.
* Great written communication.
* Comfortable with data.
* Local to the Mornington Peninsula or willing to commute to Hastings.
