Position Details

* Contract duration: 24-month contract (subject to extension)
The Role
Play a delivery‐focused role in planning, coordinating, and assuring digital infrastructure scopes across both upstream and downstream elements. This position is responsible for integrating digital infrastructure activities in support of a new greenfield capital project. The role ensures that scope, schedule, budget, deliverables, and risk controls are clearly defined, actively managed, and aligned to enable FEED readiness.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development of the Project Execution Plan and schedules for upstream and downstream digital infrastructure scopes. Ensure dependencies across digital workstreams are clearly identified, managed, and aligned with the overall Project schedule.
* Manage and track the Digital team budget across Pre‐FEED and FEED phases, including cost planning, forecasting, and progress‐based cost tracking aligned to schedule milestones.
* Serve as the focal point for Digital governance, facilitate timely decision‐making, and establish clear accountabilities.
* Ensure adherence to company frameworks and standards (e.g. Deliver Systems Standard). Maintain clear, traceable governance evidence to support FEED entry and alignment with Capital Project decision‐gate requirements.
* Support Digital risk management activities, including development of Risk Bowties for Pre‐FEED and FEED phases. Build strong working relationships across Project Engineering, Operational Readiness, and Digital teams to ensure early issue visibility, effective escalation, and proactive risk mitigation.
* Deliver outputs required for FEED entry. Promote continuous improvement in ways of working and act as the primary interface to support Digital demands from the project.
Skills and Experience
* Engineering degree (or equivalent relevant experience) with a minimum of 10 years' experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably with exposure to construction delivery, project engineering, or project management.
* Proven ability to build effective cross‐functional relationships and influence outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.
* Strong capability to interpret, coordinate, and apply engineering standards within a defined Digital Delivery framework.
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with experience preparing governance updates and driving clarity around actions, ownership, and decisions.
