We are a young, growing business with a hands-on team that takes pride in doing things properly. The Role
We're looking for a capable, reliable Bookkeeper / Accounts Manager who can work independently, follow direction, and take ownership of the day-to-day accounts function.
This role suits someone who enjoys responsibility, problem-solving, and being trusted to manage their workload without constant supervision. Applicants must currently reside on the Sunshine Coast or be actively relocating during the recruitment period
Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required

Accounts payable and accounts receivable
Customer account management, including phone and email follow-ups
Bank and account reconciliations
Payroll processing
Month-end reporting
Data entry and general bookkeeping tasks
Maintaining accurate and well-organised financial records
Handling transactions and reporting across AUD and NZD currencies
Working closely with management to provide clear, practical reports
What We're Looking For
We value reliability, common sense, and accountability above flashy titles.
Proven bookkeeping experience (small business experience highly regarded)
Confident using Xero accounting software
Solid Excel skills for day-to-day work and reporting
Comfortable speaking with customers about accounts and payments
Able to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and pride in accuracy
Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow with the business
