We are having an exciting opportunity forPorters and Valet Attendants (Part-time/Casual) to join our high performing Front Office and Concierge operations.
You will ensure that our guests and clients have a truly memorable experience throughout the entire guest journey from check-in to check-out and everything in between.
Responsibilities of the include, but not limited to:
* Greet and assist guests and clients upon arrival and departure of the property
* Handle guest luggage, escort guests to their teams and hotel facilities
* Valet park for all guests
* Fulfil guest requests
* Assist with directions and local recommendations
About You:
* Full NSW Drivers Licence (Manual and Automatic)
* The ability to demonstrate and deliver luxury service
* Previous experience in a similar role or luxury environment will be viewed favourably
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent personal presentation
* The ability to work a rotating roster including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays
