This particular role will focus on both retail and wholesale customers, and see you managing a centrally located parts sales team. 
**Key tasks in this position will include**: 
- Day to day management of the Parts Sales Team 
- Monitor and review company phone platform ensuring incoming calls are answered in a timely manner 
- Liaise with Parts Sales Representatives regarding account management of key customers 
- Identification and execution of market and business development opportunities 
- Organisational development and staff engagement 
- Systems and process re-engineering to drive business effectiveness and ease of customer interaction 
- Key account management and new business development 
- Demonstrated success with driving team engagement 
- Excellent customer service orientation 
- Successful track record of delivering and exceeding KPIs 
- Demonstrable success with execution of strategic change management in line with business, market and customer requirements 
- A full NSW drivers licence and a sound driving record 
- Experience within the automotive parts industry with current industry knowledge of transactional activities 
- Previous experience with smash and body shop repair industry
