Your opportunity:
* The Registered Nurse (RN) provides clinical and patient-centred care within the Community Care Unit, supporting the facilitation and provision of quality and cost effective nursing services which are consistent with contemporary standards and evidence-informed practice in a Mental Health Community Residential Rehabilitation setting. Actively participate in and support education, management and portfolio functions within the Community Care Unit as part of a MDT working with the Allied Health and Peer work force. Utilise data and information to ensure that the service is organised for safety and participate in the capture of information which measures the standard of service delivery.
Temporary Part Time (64 hours p.f.) from date of appointment for up to 6 months with the possibility of extension and Casual Positions Available
