Location: Broome, Western Australia
Location: Shift includes early start of 0600 to mid afternoon. Shift times may change on the ship's operational requirements.

Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services are looking for Customer Service Agents to assist with cruise ship turnaround days (the day on which one cruise finishes and the next one begins). We provide services such as check-in, directional, meet & greet, Wheelchair assistance, hospitality desk service and airport meet & greet.
Our Customer Service Agents are the face of the cruise line and form the seamless link between land and ship. You’ll be part of a fun, fast-paced and vibrant work environment where no two days are the same.

While any customer service experience you have is a bonus, it’s more important to us that you just have a passion for delivering great service to our guests. Along with your excellent communication skills, you’ll need to have a genuinely helpful, flexible, and professional personality. You also need to be comfortable with basic technology as you’ll be checking-in guests with iPads, scanning their travel documents and verifying their vaccination status - all with a smile on your face while letting them know they’re about to embark on the holiday of a lifetime!
