About the role
As the Sales Support Team Leader, you will oversee the operations and people management of a dedicated Sales Support team. You will drive team performance, ensure compliance, and support Property Consultants in delivering exceptional service. Reporting to senior leadership, you will play a key role in team development and process improvements.
Duties
1. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Sales Support team
2. Oversee onboarding, training, and workflow management
3. Ensure compliance and risk mitigation within sales processes
4. Conduct performance reviews and manage team allocations
5. Drive operational improvements and test new systems
6. Provide additional marketing and sales support to agents as needed
Skills & Experience
1. Proven experience in real estate sales support or administration
2. Strong leadership and people management skills
3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
4. Ability to manage compliance, risk, and process improvements
5. Experience with CRM systems and workflow management tools
