As the **Business Analyst Performance Optimisation **you will form a key influence in the Operational Enablement Function that focuses on supporting process efficiency and compliance, customer experience enhancements, financial returns for the enterprise and improving the employee experience.
You will focus on supporting the ActiveOps framework implementation across Operational Teams and administering requests and solving it within the defined SLA's. You will deliver consistent operational productivity and performance data reporting across various operational teams and conduct analysis against defined performance metrics to identify efficiency.
You will work closely with other members of The Operational Enablement Department to review opportunities to support the Bank to become more productive and efficient. You will also work broadly across all business units to ensure a good understanding of workplace practices and how new frameworks and support can be implemented.

- Highly developed time management skills and the ability to prioritize work to ensure deadlines are met
- Advanced interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence relationships in conjunction with strong listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, innovative and prepared to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional customer service
- Demonstrate strong problem -solving skills and an ability to interpret business needs and propose recommendations
- Strong analytical and interpretation skills, including the ability to gather requirements, identify and analyse options, draw logical conclusions and make quality recommendations
- High level of attention to detail
- Reporting and analytical skills (previous experience in PowerBi dashboard) highly regarded.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
