About the role Work closely with a diverse range of high-profile clients.
Navigate intricacies of employment relationships and utilise your legal knowledge and provide strategic counsel .
Be involved in all facets of employment, which will encompass discrimination, workplace policies, redundancies, anti-discrimination, workplace investigations, contracts & agreements, harassment & bullying and dispute resolution, etc.
Stay up to date with changes to laws and regulations relating to employment.
The ideal candidate Lawyer with at least 4+ years PQE, with a commercial & client focused outlook.
A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent time management skills, able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
