Senior .NET Developer
* Initial 3 Months Contract with high possibility of extensions for 6 -12 months
* Adelaide Based - Not open for Remote
We are seeking an experienced Mid - Senior .Net Developer to join our client team. This is a 3-months initial contract, with high possibility of extensions for another months based in Adelaide. The ideal candidate will deliver a key full-stack cloud solution that will serve as the foundational connection point between multiple internal and externally hosted systems.
You'll play a vital role in shaping the build, working directly with stakeholders, system owners, and the BAU development team to deliver a secure, scalable, and supportable integration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop integration components (likely via Azure Functions, Web App Services) to enable data flow between multiple enterprise systems
* Liaise with technical and business stakeholders to gather and refine integration requirements
* Work within Azure and API Gateway environments to manage CI/CD pipelines and branching strategies
* Build robust, maintainable .NET (C#) code following the client's Development Standards and secure coding practices
* Remain flexible and adaptive embracing ambiguity, shifting priorities, and the need to iterate quickly
* Support a smooth handover to the BAU Software Capability team upon completion of the project
Key Technologies & Skills:
* Strong experience with Azure PaaS services including Azure Functions and Web App Services.
* Proven expertise in full-stack development using .NET / C#
* Hands-on experience with API Gateway management
* Good to have Kubernetes experience
* Azure Service Bus experience is a MUST
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment with evolving requirements
* Commitment to secure development practices and enterprise coding standards
Nice to Have (but not essential):
* Experience working across diverse enterprise systems
* Previous exposure to handover processes into BAU environment
