Cadox Building Design is looking for an **IN-HOUSE ** Architectural Draftsperson with Residential Experience to join our close-nit team.

**Key Skills and Experience the Ideal Applicant will have**:
- A tertiary qualification in Architectural Drafting.
- Must have Residential Drafting experience (minimum 5 years preferred).
- Proficiency in the use of AUTOCAD and REVIT.
- Pride in creating accurate and detailed drawings based on architectural concepts and specifications.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), when speaking with clients, consultants, and council.
- Sound technical knowledge and understanding of Rescode, National Construction Code, Australian Standards and Local Planning Schemes.
- A strong work ethic, self-motivated and the ability to work deadlines, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
- Positive attitude and able to follow instructions from team leaders.
- Ability to work in both a team environment and autonomously.
- Ability to collaborate with other team members and external consultants to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Ability to follow instruction.
- Experience in a similar role preferred.
- Current Victorian License and access to car is essential.
- Fluent English language skills that demonstrate professionalism.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Work Location: In person
